Please note that the water level in the Gulf of Thailand varies throughout the day from April until October and it might not be suitable for swimming.

Please also note that the weather in Koh Phangan (Island) can be unpredictable.

Villa - Beach Front. Right on the beach front, this bungalow offers 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning and can hold 5 persons. The bungalow has hot water shower, flat screen TV, fridge, safety box, and a fantastic view of the Ocean with Koh Samui right across the strait. Our Beach front 4 Bedroom Villa is situated directly on the beach with amazing view over Koh Samui to the south, and Ang Thong marine park towards the sunset in the west. The Villas living spaces are individually designed with lovely interior fand it features Kitchenette, safety box, Smart TVs, a private patio on the ground floor, and a fantastic balcony on the upper floor. With our full Gym, Co-working space and restaurant at the property, we aim to make your stay very comfortable at our place. ;
